Melrose Built is expanding our Fit Out and Refurb Division and we are looking for an Entry Level Site Foreman who is ready to take the next step in their career. If you are currently working in residential construction or as a Leading Hand and want to break into commercial, this is a rare opportunity with a structured pathway and genuine support.

We know the jump from residential to commercial can feel daunting. At Melrose, we have tailored pathways designed specifically for emerging foremen. You will be paired with experienced Team Leader, Project Managers and Site Managers and supported through our structured training and development program. You will not be left to sink or swim.

Our work spans office refurbishments, education hospitality, and office upgrades. You will get exposure across fast-paced, detailed projects that will sharpen your coordination, stakeholder management, and safety leadership skills.

What you will be doing
• Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the site and keeping work moving
• Coordinating subcontractors to ensure trades are where they need to be and working safely
• Checking workmanship and finishes to maintain high quality standards
• Setting up and leading daily pre-starts and actively managing short-term programs
• Identifying issues early and working with the Site Manager and CA to resolve them
• Managing site logistics including deliveries, access, waste, and sequencing
• Keeping accurate site records including photos, diaries, and safety documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe site that reflects the Melrose standard
