Melrose Built delivers high-quality industrial and commercial projects across South East Queensland. We are seeking a Project Manager with proven new build experience to lead project delivery from design through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Team Leader, New Build, this role is responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of projects, including leadership of teams, management of subcontractors, and coordination across design, construction, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new build projects across design, procurement, and construction phases

• Maintain a safety-first approach and uphold Melrose’s Zero Harm commitment

• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project outcomes

• Drive delivery of projects within budget, on time, and to client expectations

• Foster transparent communication and collaborative working relationships

• Provide strong leadership that reflects Melrose values in all site interactions

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on builder-side new build projects valued over $10M

• Strong understanding of construction methodology, WHS compliance, and risk management

• Proven ability to manage multiple project priorities safely and efficiently

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on accountability
